Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and how the tools are used. It isn't loaded for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or when we can't tell your country.

Exchange button clicks

When you click an exchange button we record the time, exchange, coin, page, your country (two letters) and device type. A short one-way hash of your IP address is used only to avoid counting the same click twice. We don't store your IP address. These records are kept for 400 days.

Error reports

If you send an error report we store the coin, the type of error, your note and a one-way hash of your IP address, which limits each visitor to 5 reports per hour. Reports are deleted after 90 days.

Telegram alerts

If you turn on alerts with our Telegram bot, we store your Telegram chat ID, the coins you follow, the language of the page you subscribed from and when you subscribed, and use them only to send those alerts. We don't store your name, username or messages. This is kept until you send /stop (for one coin or for all of them) or block the bot; alerts for those coins that are still waiting to go out are cancelled at the same time. A message that can't be delivered right away waits in a queue for up to 2 days, and our server log may note the chat ID for a few days. Our daily server backups may keep a copy for a while longer.

Cookies

ListJu itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies where it is loaded. Exchanges you visit through our links have their own privacy policies.
