Why is there no FHE spot on Binance?

Binance lists FHE perpetual futures, and FHE is on Binance Alpha, the section of the Binance app for early on-chain tokens, but Binance has no FHE spot market. Alpha trades happen on-chain through Binance Wallet; they are not Binance spot markets.

Can I trade FHE futures on Binance?
